Crown Work is the intellectual and educational framework underpinning the whole Rich Roots ecosystem. It explores how our internal narratives — the stories we absorbed about hair, beauty and worth — quietly shape our relationship with our hair, with beauty and with ourselves.
The framework does not ask you to fix your hair first. It asks you to notice the story you tell about it — and then to care for it from a different place.
